Hi, Guys,
Happy Thursday!!!  How was your day?  I hope you all had a great day.  Did you feel the effects of Stella?  Oh my goodness, we sure did here.  It started snowing Tuesday all day and by Wednesday morning we had 33 inches of snowfall total.  I started snow blowing and my kids were helping shovel around 12;30 Tuesday and we could not keep up with it.  By 7:00 pm my little snowblower quit working.  My older son and I were out shoveling til 10:00 pm.  My husband was out of town at work since last Thursday and we did not know when he was getting home.  So Wednesday morning I and the kids were out at 9:00 am shoveling.  We finally finished by 2:00 pm.  We dug out our neighbor too.  I have never been so sore in all my life.  My whole body ached and is still so sore.  The kids were so happy they had two snow days, had to go to school today and they have tomorrow off due to Superintendence day.

The top two pictures are from my craft room window.  The last picture is out my back door.  That is our deck buried under all that snow.  We had no snow Monday.  Green grass everywhere.  My dogs went crazy with all the snow.  I managed to snow blow a path for them before the snow blower broke.  Here are a couple of videos of them running around in the snow

He took today and tomorrow off of work.  We were able to have lunch together and rented a movie with swear words while the kids were in school. 😄  That is a rarity for us.  Tomorrow we are going to have a family day.
So I did get to make a card tonight.  I love it.  I used a Saleabration item Avant Garden.  I used Affectionally Yours Speciality Designer Series Paper.  I also used the Watercolor Pencils and the Aqua Painters.  I don’t color very well with shading.  The Aqua Painters sure make it super easy to make your coloring look professional.

I also embossed the sentiment in copper.  It went nicely with the background paper.  I know I have said it before but man what a difference when everything matches.  My cards have never looked so beautiful.
