Hi, Guys,
Happy Sunday!! I hope you guys are enjoying your Sunday, I know I have been. We took the kids today and went out on our annual tree hunt. Every year we go with our friends and all look for our trees together and its a lot of fun. The kids run around the tree farm playing in the snow (when we have the snow) and trying to find the perfect tree. Its such a fun tradition. They have tractor rides to the tree lots and lots of workers there to cut your tree once you find it. They even wrap it and load it on your vehicle. There is always Santa there and this year they added a free cup of hot cocoa.
So I thought it would be a great idea to make an ornament craft today. I took a clear glass bulb and cut up chunks of crayons and put them inside it. I then took my heating tool, or you could use a hair dryer and melted the crayons. They are so pretty and super easy to make. You could leave them plain of decorate them with stickers, vinyl, or embellishments. I used my cricut and cut out a snow flake to decorate one of the ornaments. I used the Cartridge When it’s Cold Outside and the snow flake measures 2 height, and 2.27 width.
I also made a video showing you how to make these. It’s pretty easy to do and these could make great gifts to hand out for teachers or coworkers. I hope you enjoy today’s craft. It’s been very challenging to get a craft done each day but I’m keeping up with the challenge so far. I know it’s been only 4 days but that’s amazing for me lol. Happy Sunday!!!
